General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop. Complete NextLoot.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a Non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Place order" button, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude the contract. a purchase agreement.

The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email. or send the goods.


4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices quoted are final prices. Due to the application of the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act). No sales tax is shown.

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the prices shown. These will be shown to you before you complete your purchase. The order was clearly communicated.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods if the seal has been broken after the Delivery was removed.

11. Liability

We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. (Cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage under the contract.

Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.


12. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a to participate in the consumer arbitration board.


13. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Other provisions remain unaffected.
