Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To revoke your consent, simply send a clear message by email to info@nextloot.de or via our contact form .

After cancellation, you can return the items to us.

Please only send returns after contacting us beforehand so that we can provide you with all the necessary information and a return label.

Please ensure that the goods are returned unused , complete , and in their original packaging , if possible. This helps us with the inspection and ensures a prompt refund.

Return shipping costs: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a return label .

Exceptions & Important Notes

In certain cases, a right of withdrawal is excluded, for example in the case of:

  • sealed goods , if the seal has been removed after delivery
  • Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly personalized

Furthermore, the following applies:

  • If items arrive damaged or heavily used , the refund may be reduced if the loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund you via the original payment method.

Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to be visible to you.

  2. You will receive return information and a return label from us.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back to us.
  4. After receipt and verification, we will refund you the amount.
