Cancellation policy

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods,
In the case of an order for several goods that are delivered separately: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item,
In the case of delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or via our contact form ).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

We will cover the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
for the delivery of sealed goods if the seal has been removed after delivery.
